Lighthouse Pointe offers several boat slip and storage options to meet your individual needs, as well as flexible payment plans and pre-pay discounts. Whichever option you choose, you will be given 24hr access through the gated entrance, as well as our bathhouse, which offers showers, restrooms and changing rooms. Each wet slip is fully covered and also includes water and a 110v electrical outlet at no additional charge. Dry storage includes a 110v electrical outlet. All this for the most reasonable rates on Douglas Lake. Options include:
Slips on A-dock are 26’x11′. The main walkway is 5′ wide and each finger is 4′ wide.
B-Dock slips are 30′ x 11′. The main walkway is 8′ wide and each finger is 4′ wide.
The “Mega” Dock is unique to Lighthouse Pointe. The slip itself is 30′ x 11′. What sets the “Mega” Dock apart is the 12′ x 11′ concrete patio that is included in front of each slip. Picnic tables, gas grills, patio furniture, and storage boxes for the toys are all ways the “Mega” Dock has been utilized. The best view on the lake is included for no extra charge.
The covered dry slips are 35′ x 10′. Tenants are responsible for launching their own boats.
Store your personal watercraft on the trailer in dry storage or on the water on a covered EZ-Dock.

When it comes to caring for your investment, we understand that safety and security are paramount. Lighthouse Pointe Marina is fully fenced and the gate remains shut, with tenant-only access, except during normal business hours. Our concrete docks feature wide walkways that are easy to navigate and remain stable in most any weather, as well as golf-cart service directly to your slip (when available) for those with limited mobility. After hours, the marina is softly lit in amber light to protect the vision/navigation abilities of boaters as well as to reduce insect attraction.
